Our Hiring Process:
To apply for a job opening, find a job that fits your skill set and experience. Then, click on the Apply button. That will automatically transition to the apply for a job page. The next step will be to upload a resume and cover letter in Microsoft Word format, specify your level and field of education and finally decide whether relocation is an option.
1. Our human resources (HR) representatives review all resumes and cover letters and determine which applicants are a match for the job requirements.
2. Our HR representative contacts all suitable candidates.
3. A phone interview is conducted and/or information about the position is shared during the first phone call or scheduled for a later date.
4. An application questionnaire and skills assement tests (if applicable) are sent for the applicant to complete.
5. The first interview with our HR representative is conducted.
6. If required, a second interview with the hiring manager is conducted.
7. As applicable, background, reference and drug screenings are conducted.
8. After successful completion of the previous steps, an offer of employment is considered.
If at any point in the processes it is determined that the position is not a match, your resume and cover letter will be kept on file for two years. As information on your resume changes, submit an updated version as soon as possible to be eligible for future consideration.
