A direct hire is a full- or part-time position designed to provide the focus that a client needs to effectively recruit exceptional candidates who are successfully employed and unavailable through traditional sources. StaffMeds provides staff augmentation options in such specialties as doctors, physicians, therapists, registered nurses (RNs) and licensed nurses, among others. With this agreement, the employee will immediately be on the client’s payroll.
Our Company will forward résumés to the hiring manager, set up the interviewing process and help negotiate benefits and salary for each candidate.
